Please read before making an appointment
By booking your pet, you agree to these conditions!

ARRIVING

Please understand that when you forget or cancel an appointment without giving
enough notice (minimum 48 hours) we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment
time, also, clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services.
Also, we are still required to pay staff and loss of income for an appointment we
could have filled!
A reminder message of your appointment will be sent via SMS two days before your
appointment, which gives you the last opportunity to cancel your appointment if you
are unable to attend, however, a cancellation notice is at least 48 hrs. We will take
into consideration emergencies.
The salon is run by appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late this impacts
the entire day. If you run late, please advise us via phone call
If you fail to give us 48 hours’ notice, a fee of 20 euros will be charged.
A fee of 20 euros will be charged in case of a no-show.

Appointment Deposit Policy

To secure your grooming appointment, a deposit is required:

  • €20 for small and medium breeds.

This deposit must be paid at the time of booking or within 48 hours of making the appointment. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, the appointment will be automatically canceled.

Deposit Options

You can pay your deposit using:

  • Revolut
  • Credit card (online)
  • Cash (drop it at the salon)

Using Your Deposit

  • The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the groom upon completion.
  • Alternatively, you can leave the deposit with us as a credit for your next appointment.

Refund Policy

Deposits are only refundable if canceled more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

No-Show and Late Cancellation

If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit will be applied as a no-show or late cancellation fee, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

PICK UP

Please do not arrive early to pick up your fur kid. We will call you as soon as they
are finished being pampered. We never intend to keep them away from you longer
than needed.
Showing up early could cause your pup to become agitated and make it not only
dangerous but impossible to finish the groom which we will still charge full price
for. Your pup may be here anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on the difficulty of
groom and how many dogs you have. You may call to check on your dog’s progress
but remember…. the more time we take answering the phone, the longer it takes us
to finish the groom from the distractions.
Please, allow between 1.5-3 hours (depending on the size of your dog, coat condition,
type of trim, and/or time of year) for each grooming appointment.

We respect your time and we assume you respect ours. We hope you understand that
like you, we have family, plans, and appointments after we leave the salon. We do
know that “things happen”, please call us if so
You agree to pick up your pet when notified of their completed service or estimated
completion time.
Please respect the fact that we operate on an appointment basis so that every dog has
a calm and relaxing experience and having other dogs in the salon, eager to see their
owners doesn’t make for a very relaxing time for our next customer.
Late pick-ups (more than 30min late) may result in a late pick-up fee (€5/15min.)
This policy enables us to run an efficient salon at a high standard and provide
the required time to service all our clients. We confirm appointments at the time
of booking and 48 hours prior to your appointment date (via SMS). However, if
we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to
remember your appointment date and time to avoid a late arrival, missed
appointment, and cancellation fee. It is unfortunate to have to implement these
policies, but due to the increasing amount of unconfirmed, no-shows and late
cancellations of appointments.
