Please read before making an appointment

By booking in your pet, you agree to these conditions!

A full bladder and bowel can be very uncomfortable for a dog whilst it is being groomed. Please ensure that your pet has been toileted before bringing him or her to the groom room. It is unhygienic and unpleasant when dogs urinate or defecate on grooming table or in the premises. It will result in having to clean and disinfect the groom room and equipment and may also require the dog to be given an additional bath, the cost of which we will be passed on to the owner. Please respect the furniture and cleanness of the salon, also other dogs as well.

Health and Safety is our priority for both groomer and pets during the grooming process. We reserve the right to refuse to groom any dog if we believe it may cause injury to itself or any of us in our Salon. Please be honest and inform us prior to grooming of any previous history of biting or aggression. Your attention is drawn to the “dangerous dog act” which holds owners liable for bites and injuries. We will stop the grooming process if we feel your pet’s behaviour is compromising his safety or ourselves that we have not been informed of prior to the groom, the session will be stopped immediately, you will be requested to collect your pet, finished or not, also charge of the groom could apply depend on what job has done on the dog.

Elderly dogs are welcome at your own risk. Grooming procedures can sometimes be stressful, especially for a senior dog or dog with health problems, and can expose hidden medical problems or aggravate a current one during or after the groom. They are always given extra time and great care and kindness extended, and will be in finished in styles that will not add to their stress. Our estimated finishing times are just that – an estimate. We reserve the right to stop the grooming process at any time if we feel it is in the best interest of the dog.
